Project Progress - Coxhill, Shepherdswell

The initial stages of work on site in Shepherdswell, Dover are progressing well with groundworks being undertaken ahead of the first timber frame homes arriving on site shortly.

This exciting new project will see us work in partnership with English Rural Housing Association to deliver 13 new homes as part of a joint venture.

Ten affordable homes will be managed by English Rural, and three homes will be private market properties available by WW Martin.

As shown by the aerial progress photos, the new homes will sit within a rural village location. When complete, the project will provide a mix of apartments and two- and three-bedroom houses to fulfil a housing need for local residents.
