Project Progress - 40 new homes in Hertsmonceaux, East Sussex progressing well

This great aerial photo shows how well our works on site in Hertsmonceaux, East Sussex are progressing.

Following the extensive ground works on site during the later half of 2018, works have progressed at a pace at the start of 2019 as the first of the 40 new homes for Monson Homes / Town Country Housing Group begin to take shape.

When complete, the new development will offer both private and affordable homes arranged in cul-de-sacs running off a main residential road, offering a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes.

We have included early photos of the works on this page to show the transformation of the site from October 2018 to mid January 2019.
