Project Progress - Maplesden Noakes, Maidstone - Nov

As we end November, we are pleased to share our latest progress video of our works on site at the Maplesden Noakes School in Maidstone.

Appointed by Kent County Council earlier this year under their main contractors Framework Agreement, we are working on site to deliver new teaching facilities for the school.

When complete early next Summer, the new teaching block will comprise of 4 number IT Suites, 9 number Classrooms, 1 LRC, Storage Areas, Pupil Toilets and staff areas. In addition to these new facilities, a number of other areas within the existing school will be refurbished to create a science laboratory, food technology and general classrooms.

The video footage below helps highlight the progress we have made on site since our earlier update on the 21st October. The installation of the Innovare SIPs system (an offsite modular based construction method) has been delivered smoothly as we continue to make good progress in accordance with our project programme.
