Project Progress - Melbourne Ave update

We are pleased to report that excellent progress continues to be made on site at Melbourne Avenue, Ramsgate where we are working with Orbit Homes to deliver 55 new homes.

In the coming weeks and months there are several significant milestones in the programme. One of the first will see the first seven new homes (Plots 1 to 7 - facing Melbourne Avenue and at the front of the site) handed over to Orbit this month.

In addition to this, the erection of the last four timber frame structures to the homes, roofing works and the installation of all windows and doors across the site will also soon complete.

Internal works to the new homes will then progress in ernest and external works to form driveways, gardens and parking areas will soon take shape.
