Project Progress - Melbourne Avenue, Ramsgate

The construction of 55 new homes in partnership with Orbit Homes at Melbourne Avenue in Ramsgate continue to progress in accordance with our project programme.

The aerial video shown here highlights the works on site at the former Newington School are well advanced. The main access road into site is in place which has facilitated good access and movement in and around site for materials and machinery.

In addition, the foundations to the vast majority of the new homes are complete and the extent of the progress to each of the timber frame homes is clearly shown. The properties which front Melbourne Avenue will be the first of the properties to be completed to enable the front section of the site to be available for Orbit as early as possible next year.
