Project Progress - MEMS Power Generation and Office Facilities

Great progress is being made on site for this new combined office and warehouse facility at MEMS Power Generation in Gillingham.

All works are currently on programme, with the steel frame complete, the ground floor slab poured and the roof laid. We are currently prepping for the concrete pour of the first floor, with back propping in place to support the floor during this process.

Work has also begun on the cladding and blockwork around the warehouse perimeter.

A new concrete yard has been laid and released to the client to assist in increasing their storage area.

When complete, the new headquarters building will offer up-to-date office facilities, both open plan and cellular, alongside impressive meeting rooms, training rooms, canteen, IT, storage and archive space. The warehouse will offer substantial space for storage.
