Project Progress - New CGI's available for Hailsham Road

As works continue at a pace on site in Herstmonceux to deliver 40 new homes for Town and Country Housing, we are happy to share a couple of CGI's courtesy of our architect partner GDM Architects.

When complete, the site will provide 9 No 4 bed, 20 No 3 bed & 11 No 2 bed units with associated parking, arranged in cul-de-sacs running off a main residential road.

There will be a children's play area towards the North West of the site, with a significant tree retained to form a landscape feature within the play area and open space. Additional landscaping will also be delivered throughout the site and on the boundaries to provide an enhanced habitat and biodiversity.
