Project Progress - Oscar Innovation Centre, Rochester

Excellent progress is being made on site at Oscar Acoustic’s new headquarters offices in Rochester. The roof is now complete, wall cladding is nearing completion and the brickwork has just a few more weeks to go.

Windows are due to be installed soon, enabling the internal works to gain even more momentum ready for a completion early next year.

The completed building will provide architectural acoustic experts Oscar Acoustics with a new state-of-the-art headquarters with a focus on sustainability, featuring open-plan workspaces alongside a showroom displaying the company’s products in a finished environment. The scheme regenerates a disused parcel of land in the Medway Valley, giving a new and useful lease of life to a previously redundant site.
