Project Progress - Seabrook Road, Sandgate
Works are progressing well at our site in Seabrook Road, Sandgate for the development of 10 apartments.
The project is being delivered on a particularly challenging site given the sloping nature of the ground. Our team has worked hard to overcome this challenge by designing and installing a large contiguous piled retaining wall which is 5 metres tall at its highest point.
With work to the retaining wall structure now complete, the works to the main building are underway and on track.
