​Project Progress – TDC Affordable Homes Programme Phase 4

We are pleased to share the latest update on Phase 4 of our Affordable Homes Programme, being delivered in partnership with Thanet District Council.

Tomlin Drive - roofing works are progressing well across Blocks A-C, with the installation of windows and doors now underway. Blocks D and E have reached the second floor, with roof truss installation later in July.

Clements Road - roofing works are nearing completion and work on connecting domestic utilities is underway.

Staner Court - significant progress continues across all blocks. Internal works and rear garden landscaping are ongoing in Blocks C and D, while brickwork and structural works advance on Blocks A and B.

Dane Valley Arms - the roof to Block A is nearing completion, and roof works are underway to Block B. Preparations for foundation works on Block C are due to begin shortly.

Alongside construction, we continue to deliver a range of social value activities as part of this project, including litter picks by our Volunteer Team, work experience placements for local students, and attendance at careers fairs and community events.
