Project Progress - Thanet District Council Phase 3
The works for the redevelopment of two sites within the established area of Ramsgate are progressing well with all Party Wall Awards being concluded and legal agreements issued and all Pre-Commencement Planning Conditions signed off.
All homes will meet the HCA Design Standard and Lifetime Homes standards wherever possible to provide accessible and convenient accommodation for a wide range of the population, from households with young children to older people, and individuals with temporary or permanent physical or sensory impairment.
Future progress for the sites include:
King Street Mews Houses
Sussex Street Houses
Sussex Street Apartments Blocks A & B
King Street Apartment Block
- Complete concrete pads & foundations.
- Commence substructure masonry works.
- Commence under slab service ducts & drainage.
- Commence installation of ground floor steel work.
- Commence installation of GF beam & block.
