Project Progress - Thanet District Council, Strategic Housing Phase 3 update

Our works to deliver the Strategic Housing Phase 3 project for Thanet District Council are nearly complete with the project due for final completion soon.

The redevelopment of the two sites located in Sussex Street and King Street, Ramsgate will provide 26 homes on land which historically contained blocks of garages.

The mix of new homes will deliver accessible and convenient homes in the Thanet District for families with young children as well as older people and individuals with temporary and permanent physical or sensory disabilities.

With works to all 4 sites very nearly complete, UKPN is due to install the new incoming electrical supply to serve the new homes imminently. Once the new electrical supply has been installed, we will undertake the final testing and commissioning stages of the work, carrying out all snagging works and client demonstrations ahead of the final handover phase.
