Project Progress - The Precincts, Canterbury

Our Special Projects team are working within the grounds of the historic Canterbury Cathedral, undertaking alterations to a Grade ll listed property adjacent to the Christ Church Gateway, which serves as the entrance to the Cathedral itself.

The three-story building is being renovated using traditional techniques to sympathise with the original features. Joinery and plastering works are specifically tailored to suit the needs of the property.

Works on site are also being carried out in a manner sensitive to the proximity to the Cathedral and the general public with all activities carefully coordinated to ensure no disruption is caused.

On completion, the residential properties will be beautifully in keeping with their surroundings whilst the internal layout will be updated to maximise space and allow for modern living.
