Project Progress - The Qube

Works for the conversion of the former Qube Night club in Dover in to 27 apartments are progressing well. The scaffold has now been erected and roofing works have progressed to the front elevation of the building. This includes striping the slate to the gables, applying new felt a batten's to the dormer windows and new slate to the gable roof returns. Windows have been removed and strip out has commenced to the Ground, First and Second Floors.

The former malt house dating back to 1880 has been granted permission to be transformed into 12 one bedroom flats, 13 two bedroom flats and two three bedroom flats over 3 floors.

This private development not only includes the redevelopment of the existing derelict building, but also involves extensive decorative landscaping & car parking.

Each level of the building will be converted so as to form 9 residential units with the internal layouts being worked around the lines of structural columns and existing structure so as to simplify the design and build whilst retaining the internal feat
