​Project Update: Giles Lane

We are delighted to share an update on our Giles Lane student accommodation development in Canterbury for Student Lux Ltd, where the buildings are taking shape across the site.

Brickwork and blockwork are advancing, alongside roof works, as the layout and form of the accommodation blocks become increasingly defined.

The next stage of works to the new accommodation blocks will include ground-floor screeding and the start of pod installation, while brickwork and blockwork continue. Within the existing building, window installation, external cladding and internal alterations will also progress.

The development comprises two new accommodation blocks and the refurbishment of an existing building to provide a total of 127 high-quality bedrooms.
