​Project Update: Heath Close in Swanley

We are delighted to share an update on our Heath Close development in Swanley for West Kent Housing Association.

The timber frames are now complete, with brickwork and blockwork progressing across the site. Roofing and internal works are also underway as the new homes continue to take shape.

Once complete, the development will provide 22 modern family homes. All homes will be net-zero carbon ready, designed for energy efficiency and lower energy costs for residents.
