​Project Update: Heath Close, Swanley

We are delighted to share progress at Heath Close, Swanley for West Kent Housing Association.

The project which is progressing well, will deliver 22 modern family homes, providing high-quality accommodation designed to meet current living and sustainability standards.

All homes will be net-zero carbon ready, offering excellent energy efficiency and helping to reduce residents’ energy costs. The scheme represents a significant step forward in delivering sustainable, high-quality housing, enhancing the local environment and providing long-term homes for families in the Swanley area.
