Project Update: Mabledon Avenue, Ashford
The project will deliver 20 high-quality homes, supporting Ashford Borough Council’s commitment to increasing the supply of affordable housing across the borough.
Construction is progressing well, with works now advancing above ground and the overall form of the development starting to take shape. Good progress has also been made on the site’s infrastructure, including low‑carbon energy systems that will support efficient and sustainable living for future residents.
