​Project Update: Mabledon Avenue in Ashford

We are delighted to share further progress at our Mabledon Avenue development.

Significant progress has been made on site, with foundations and groundworks now complete and external masonry and blockwork substantially advanced. The upper floors and structural walls are in place, while the installation of timber roof trusses marks another key milestone as the development continues to take shape.

Once complete, the project will deliver 20 high-quality homes, supporting Ashford Borough Council's commitment to increasing the supply of affordable housing across the borough.
