Project Update: Sir Geoffrey Leigh Academy, Dartford

We are pleased to share progress at our Sir Geoffrey Leigh Academy project for Kent County Council.

Construction is progressing well, with the main steel frame now complete and precast hollow-core slabs installed at first-floor and roof level. We are currently progressing the installation of structural toppings to these areas, alongside below-ground drainage works and the formation of the ground-floor slab.

Following completion of these works, the project will move into the next phase, with façade and roofing installations commencing.

The development will deliver a new standalone sixth form building, supporting the academy's 2FE expansion and providing dedicated teaching and social spaces for sixth form students.
