Project Update – Tomlin Drive, Margate
We are pleased to share aerial photos showcasing the progress on the construction of twelve new affordable homes at Tomlin Drive. This development is part of Thanet District Council’s Phase 4 Affordable Homes Programme, delivering 49 high-quality homes across four strategic sites to support local families.
Blocks A-D are advancing through the brickwork stage as the structures take shape, while foundation works have commenced on Block E, marking another key milestone.
