​Promoting Mental Health Awareness Week 2025

We are pleased to be promoting this year's Mental Health Awareness Week across all our sites and our head office.

We understand that mental health matters just as much as physical health. Anyone - no matter their role or responsibilities - can face challenges from time to time. We are committed to creating a culture where it is okay to talk, and where support is always available.

We are very proud to have a team of highly trained and experienced Mental Health First Aiders across the business. They are always available to offer a confidential and compassionate listening ear, whenever it is needed.

We also actively support and promote key industry initiatives, including site visits from the amazing team at the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity and campaigns such as Mates in Mind, Help Inside The Hard Hat, and Mind’s Building Mental Health in Construction - all helping to raise awareness and drive change across our industry.
