RTPI South East Awards for Planning Excellence 2026

We are delighted to celebrate two award-winning projects at the RTPI South East Awards for Planning Excellence 2026.

Staner Court, Ramsgate

Delivered in partnership with Thanet District Council as part of its Affordable Homes Programme, Staner Court was recognised as the Best Homes and Communities Scheme. Providing much-needed, high-quality affordable homes, the development will make a lasting difference to local residents. We were delighted to be appointed by Thanet District Council, and to work alongside Modus, Hazle McCormack Young LLP, and Lee Evans Planning.

Teynham Parochial CofE Primary School

Teynham Parochial CofE Primary School received the Regional Chair's Award, a discretionary award recognising this year's theme of 'Planning for Community'. The project delivered a new two-form entry primary school, creating a welcoming and inclusive learning environment that supports children's wellbeing and serves the local community for generations to come. It was a pleasure to deliver this project for Kent County Council, working alongside Bailey Partnership, Hawden MEP Ltd, Woodley Coles LLP.

Congratulations to everyone involved in both projects including all project team partners. These awards reflect the collaboration, expertise and commitment of everyone who helped bring them to fruition.
