Taking time out to support health & wellbeing

We were very pleased to welcome Andy and Lee from the #MakeItVisible OnSite team at the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity to our site in Canterbury this week.

With health and wellbeing of our friends and colleagues so important to our values as a business, as a team we took time out from our usual working day to listen to the charity’s thought-provoking words.

The engaging ‘Toolbox Talk’ to everyone on site helped highlight the importance of positive mental health and wellbeing. As a business we will continue to do everything we can to ensure welfare and wellbeing support in construction is ‘visible in sight, on every site’.

We want to help people feel valued and supported in both their jobs and their everyday lives. A listening ear is always available via our trained Mental Health First Aiders and support is on-hand, whether this be physical, emotional or financial.
