Working with EBP Kent to promote careers in Construction

We were only too pleased to continue our work with the Education Business Partnership (EBP) Kent this week at the Dane Court Grammar School in Broadstairs to help promote careers in construction.

As a Kent based construction company with a history in the County stretching back over 145 years, we are passionate about promoting the construction industry and engaging with people to consider construction as a future career.

As our staff are Kent based, the opportunity to work with EBP Kent is an excellent way for us to highlight the exciting and varied roles available within construction, which we very much hope will encourage the next generation into the industry.

WW Martin is one of the first names on the list for organisations who we want to attend events. Their ability to engage with students of all abilities and offer critical careers advice is one of the main reasons for their success at these events, but also their ability to promote the sector and encourage the next generation of confident employees and leaders.
