​Work begins on site at Barnfield Road, Folkestone

As our Javelin Way scheme (pictured) approaches handover, we have now begun work on site at a further industrial development project in Barnfield Road, Folkestone. Designed by APX Architecture, the scheme comprises 30 units with associated parking, landscaping and infrastructure.

The site, located within the Park Farm Industrial Estate, regenerates a parcel of land which had been vacant and underutilised for many years following the demolition of old dilapidated units.

This scheme for Wickhambreaux Developments Ltd puts the land back into use - when complete it will promote economic growth and create employment in the area by providing sought-after flexible business accommodation. The simple, industrial-styled units are designed to be adaptable for a range of uses, aiming at occupancy by growing and start-up businesses.
