Contract Award - New Sports Hall facilities at two sites in Kent for Broomhill Bank School

We have secured an exciting new contract to deliver new sports hall facilities on both the Tunbridge Wells and Swanley sites of Broomhill Bank School, a specialist setting for pupils with a primary diagnosis of autism.

With works commencing on site this month, we are working in conjunction with specialist sports hall designer Ball Hall and OSG Architecture to provide these new facilities.

At the 'North' site in Swanley, the work includes the modernisation and refurbishment of the existing sports hall and the provision of a new building housing a main hall and lobby area, an air-conditioned fitness suite, two changing rooms and several new sports rooms.

At the 'West' site in Tunbridge Wells, the new build sports hall will provide sports facilities containing larger internal pitches within the hall, an air-conditioned fitness suite, changing rooms and associated space for therapeutic interventions and teaching.

Scheduled to complete in 2023, the two projects will provide much improved and modernised sports education facilities and physical therapy intervention spaces for the pupils of both school sites, ensuring safe environments and dedicated spaces to enable the school to deliver the current and future curriculum requirements for their learners.
