Work experience at Heath Close

We recently welcomed Jack, a student from North Kent Colleges Group, for work experience at our Heath Close project in Swanley, where we are delivering 22 modern family homes for West Kent Housing Association.

During his placement, he gained first-hand experience of working on site, learning about site management, quantity surveying and the different roles involved in delivering a construction project.

Reflecting on his experience, he said: “The work experience has gone very well, as I’ve learnt so much from the team and what their job is like. The project that I’ve been working on has seemed very interesting, so it was great I got to work with them.”

Thank you to our Heath Close team for sharing their knowledge and supporting the placement. We wish Jack every success with his studies and future career.
