Working closely with Thanet JobCentres

As a local business currently delivering construction works in Ramsgate and Margate for Thanet District Council, as part of their Affordable Homes Programme, we were very pleased to attend a recent Job Fair held at the San Clu Hotel in Ramsgate.

Organised in collaboration with the Thanet JobCentres and supported by Thanet District Council, the event was a great success. Attracting almost 400 attendees, it proved to be a busy and engaging day, with many positive conversations taking place throughout.

Recruitment Specialist, Alana Stevenson said: “Over one hundred interviews for our customers were confirmed on the day. Many of our customers had exciting conversations with WW Martin about their apprenticeship opportunities.

“This was great to see, particularly during our National Construction Campaign held in March”.
