Working with West Kent Housing Association to inspire the next generation

We were very happy to support West Kent Housing Association at the Orchards Academy Careers Fair in Swanley, as part of our ongoing commitment to delivering meaningful social value in partnership with our clients.

We had the pleasure of engaging with enthusiastic Year 9 and Year 10 students, who showed genuine curiosity about careers in construction. Their thoughtful questions sparked insightful conversations – from the variety of roles across the industry, to the importance of planning, sustainability, and teamwork in shaping the built environment. It was especially encouraging to see interest in some of the UK’s landmark projects, helping students understand the scale and diversity of opportunities available.

A big thank you to West Kent Housing and Orchards Academy for hosting such a well-organised and inspiring event. We are always pleased to support the next generation as they explore future career paths – and we look forward to continuing our work with West Kent on further initiatives.
