Construction works are now underway on our 5 sites for Thanet District Council

Our site hoarding is up and we have started work on site to deliver the first phase of Thanet District Council's Affordable Housing Programme.

The redevelopment works which total almost £2.5million will involve construction works across 5 sites in Margate and St. Peters, Broadstairs to provide 11 units, comprising of a mixture of flats, houses and bungalows.

All homes will be delivered to meet the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA) Design and Lifetime Homes standards to provide accessible and convenient accommodation for a wide range of the population, from households with young children to older people, and individuals with temporary or permanent physical or sensory impairment.
