Works on site in East Sussex to deliver 40 new homes is progressing well

Construction activity is progressing well on site in Hertsmonceaux as works progress to deliver 40 new homes located in East Sussex for Monson Homes.

The new development will offer both private and affordable homes arranged in cul-de-sacs running off a main residential road. When complete the new homes will be consist of 9no. 4 bed, 20mo. 3 bed and 11no. 2 bed homes.

These progress photos show the extent of the ground works being undertaken to level the site owing to the extensive sloped nature of the site.
