​WW Martin announces East Kent Hospitals Charity as nominated charity for 2024

We are delighted to announce East Kent Hospitals Charity as our chosen charity for 2024.

Having worked extensively with East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust (EKHUFT) in recent years, we have seen first-hand the amazing work that is being undertaken throughout each of their hospitals in Kent. Most notably, this includes the QEQM Hospital in Margate where we have just completed a major refurbishment project to help improve and increase the provision of vital clinical care within one of the busiest hospitals in the South East of England.

Mike Darling, Director commented:

“On the back of our highly successful partnership with EKHUFT and our previous work with East Kent Hospitals Charity (EKH) in recent years, we see this as a fitting way to continue our work together.We very much hope to raise a good amount of money throughout the year to support the excellent work undertaken by the Charity”.

With a series of fundraising events planned, including our annual Pro-Am Charity Golf Day, Go-Karting race night, and Ramsgate FC 5-a-side tournament, we also plan to add a few additional events to the calendar.

This year, we hope to raise enough money to allow the Charity to purchase specialist care equipment to help support the delivery of vital clinical care to patients in Kent.
