WW Martin Annual Staff Review meeting 2024
Last week saw our team return to the Chapel House Estate, Ramsgate for our Annual Staff Business Review meeting. As always, this event provided a great opportunity for us to bring everyone together to spend a valuable afternoon reviewing all aspects of our business at WW Martin.
Attended by almost 100 staff, the main presentation covered a variety of topics including a review of our current and completed projects, future pipeline opportunities and wider general business matters.
It is fair to say that the last 12 months have been incredibly busy but also very positive. We have completed some fantastic projects this year. This is testament to the skill and hard work of everyone involved, not just at WW Martin but also thanks to the excellent clients, project teams and supply chain partners we work with.
With many other exciting projects currently on site or due to commence shortly, we certainly have reason to look forward to the next 12 months. The same positivity also extends to us continuing our work in many other areas of our business. For instance, our Social Value activities over the last year is something we are rightly proud of.
