WW Martin are supporting construction apprentices in Kent

“Apprentices are key to the future of the construction industry with the demand for skilled workers at extremely high levels.”

Working with Kent County Council (KCC), WW Martin are helping to support and promote ‘Made in Kent’. This is a new campaign led by KCC to encourage people in Kent to learn about the new advantages being introduced for apprentices following the changes made earlier this year.

As a business with a 140 year history in the County - we recognise the importance of helping to create the 'workforce of tomorrow' particularly in the construction industry.

Key to the development of our business is the investment we make in our staff. The creation and delivery of apprenticeship placements is central to this approach and is something that we pride ourselves on.
