WW Martin celebrates success at the Kent Design & Development Awards 2016
We are extremely pleased to announce our success in the Kent Design & Development Awards 2016.
The Yarrow Hotel won the Public Building - Education category and Command of the Oceans won the Conservation category.
These awards follow on from our success in the Awards last held in 2014, where our project, the Goat Lees Primary School was named as Project of the Year and also won awards in the categories of Environmental Performance, and Public Buildings – Education.
Aimed at recognising outstanding projects delivered in Kent
over the last 2 years, a record number of over 100 entries across the 9 categories were received this year. Of these, just 23 projects were shortlisted as a finalist, including 3 of our projects.
To do so well again this year is testament to our commitment to working with our clients and project teams to deliver highly successful developments. We would like to thank East Kent College and Chatham Historic Dockyards for the opportunity to work with them on The Yarrow Hotel and Command of the Oceans respectively.
Please see the list below for a complete breakdown of our
success in each of the categories:
- Public Education Building - The Yarrow Hotel - Winner
