WW Martin Charity Go-Karting Race Night a big success

A huge thank you to everyone that attended our annual WW Martin Charity Go-Karting Race Night last night at Buckmore Park Karting.

We are very happy to announce that thanks to everyone’s incredible generosity throughout the evening we raised over £4000, which will go directly to our chosen charity of the year, East Kent Hospitals Charity.

We were delighted to welcome Dee Neligan, head of the charity, to say a few words and present the prizes. She said, “We were over the moon when WW Martin got in touch to speak about nominating us as their charity of the year for 2024, after successfully working together to raise funds in the past. It is only with the support of people like yourselves that we are able to work to improve the experience of patients, families and staff in our hospitals. We can’t thank you enough for your generosity.”

Congratulations to Kent Design Studio who were the overall winners of the event, Turner Jackson Day in second place and Considine in third place. The Considine team also achieved the fastest lap time of an incredible 50.374 seconds - not far behind Lando Norris' time of 49.94 on the same track!
