The WW Martin Charity Pro-Am Golf Day was a great success

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make our Charity Pro-Am Golf Day yesterday such a success - our industry friends and colleagues who entered teams, who helped sponsor the event, the organisations and businesses that supported us with such generous donations for the raffle and auction, and of course the wonderful staff at Canterbury Golf Club and The PGA for their organisation and help throughout the event.

We were also delighted to welcome Dee Neligan, Head of Charity at East Kent Hospitals Charity, along with her colleague Tracey Twyman, Neonatal Matron of the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) at the QEQM Hospital, Margate to speak to us about the incredible work the SCBU does. As our chosen charity of the year, it was heart-warming to find out a little more about how the money we collectively raised at this year's event will help support the parents, babies and staff within the department.

Congratulations to the winning team from DDS Group, second place Clean Slate Demolition and third place Fairhurst. Our top-placed pro was Harry Bigham from Sunningdale Golf Club, second place Aaron Galbraith from Canterbury Golf Club and equal third place James Ablett from Lee-on-the-Solent Golf Club and Ryan Moody from Waterlooville Golf Club.
