Darren Offen named as a finalist for CIOB - Construction Manager of the Year Awards 2017 (CMYA)

Our Site Manager, Darren Offen has deservedly been named as a finalist in the CMYA 2017 following the completion of the Avenue Tennis Centre, a new state-of-the-art leisure development that offers fantastic new leisure, gym and tennis facilities in Kent,

The highly coveted awards are held each year by The Chartered Institute of Builders (CIOB) to assess the pivotal role that Site / Construction Managers play in bringing teams and stakeholders together, creating safe, efficient, productive and high quality sites.

Darren has passed a rigorous assessment process including an interview by a panel of judges made up of past winners of the awards with extensive construction knowledge and expertise.

We congratulate Darren on his achievement and wish him the very best of luck for the awards evening on the 27th September.
