WW Martin ‘Employment Apprenticeship Training Programme’ provides another new Apprenticeship in construction
We are very pleased to share the news that we have created a new opportunity for a Painting & Decorating Apprentice to join WW Martin as part of our successful Employment Apprenticeship Training Programme (EATP).
Our new Apprentice is a great example to anyone aspiring for an opportunity in the industry. Having applied to join us on a 3-week-work-experience placement earlier this year, she spent invaluable time under the guidance and tutelage of our team, impressing us so much so, we are delighted to offer her a full-time apprenticeship.
With an excellent aptitude for learning and an obvious talent, she has now commenced her Level 2 Painting & Decorating Apprenticeship at East Kent College, Broadstairs this month. Her studies will run alongside her time on site where she will further develop her skills and gain valuable experience on our sites across Kent, notably our projects in partnership with Kent County Council and Thanet District Council.
Angela Gardiner, WW Martin Social Value Champion said:
“We wish our new Painting & Decorating Apprentice the very best of luck and we look forward to helping her progress within the construction industry and with WW Martin”.
