WW Martin enjoys success in the RICS 2018 South East Awards
Two WW Martin projects featured strongly in this years RICS South East Awards Ceremony held in Oxford on 9th May.
The RICS Awards are highly regarded property and construction awards, celebrating the most innovative construction projects across the country in a series of regional awards.
Split
into eight individual categories, we were very proud to be represented by
two of our projects and are delighted that The
Command of the Oceans, Chatham project at the Chatham
Historic Dockyards won the much coveted title of 'RICS South East Awards Project
of the Year 2018' following it's success as Winner in the Leisure and
Tourism category' and Highly Commended in Conservation categories also.
Our
other project, The
Bread Factory, Ramsgate which despite not collecting the
award on the night did us proud by being successfully names as a Finalist in
the Regeneration and Residential categories, a great achievement given the
hundreds of entries received by the RICS.
We
congratulate Baynes & Mitchell (The Command of the Oceans), and GPM2 (The
Bread Factory) for their excellent design on both of these projects and their
success in these awards.
