The redevelopment of Kelston Lodge, Folkestone is now complete

Following a successful tender process last year, we were successfully appointed to deliver the refurbishment works to Kelston Lodge, Folkestone, which is now complete and handed over to the client.

After our extensive works on site, our team has delivered an exceptional development at the property. Situated on the corner of Jointon Road and Earle's Avenue these lovely new homes are within walking distance to the sea.

Previously used as a care home, we have undertaken significant alterations and remodeling works to the disused and derelict property. The works have involved the demolition to a rear and side extension of the former care home, whilst the remaining part of the main house has been re-developed to form two new high quality, self-contained 4 bedroom dwellings along with associated landscaping.
