​WW Martin proud to sponsor EKHUFT staff at the Nursing Times Awards 2025

We were delighted to sponsor staff from East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust (EKHUFT) to attend this year’s Nursing Times Awards, where two outstanding teams were recognised as national finalists - Midwife of the Year and Infection Prevention & Control Team of the Year.

Although they narrowly missed out on the top awards, being shortlisted among the very best in the country is an incredible achievement and a testament to their dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to patient care.

With a long-standing partnership delivering projects that directly benefit clinical teams across the Trust, we were only too pleased to play a small part in recognising and celebrating the hard work of these remarkable professionals, supporting them in representing the Trust on a national stage.

We often see first-hand the collaboration, expertise, and commitment that underpin EKHUFT’s services, from the compassionate and highly skilled Midwifery Team, who provide exceptional care and support to families, to the vital yet often behind-the-scenes work of the Infection Prevention and Control Team, whose efforts are essential in maintaining safe healthcare environments.
