WW Martin Shortlisted for the Chamber of Commerce Awards 2019

We are extremely delighted to announce that we have been named as a finalist in the ‘Construction Project of the Year’ category for the Kent Invicta Chamber Commerce Awards 2019.

Our nomination follows our successful completion of ‘The Lock’ in Yalding, Kent.

Working alongside TG Designer Homes and GPM2 Architects, this exciting new private residential development, provides 16 new homes for private sale and features extensive landscaping areas including a small park and play area for communal use.

The houses are exciting and contemporary in design with a mixed use of materials including brick and wood cladding with large open rooms and cosy lounge spaces. Careful consideration was given to the feeling of community within the development with the creation of a new ‘neighbourhood’ with fantastic landscaping.
