WW Martin shortlisted for the RICS (South East) Awards 2018

We are delighted to announce that we have been short-listed for the RICS (South East) Awards 2018 in the Regeneration and Residential Categories for The Bread Factory, Phase 1.

Successfully delivered on the site of the former Hovis Flour Mill in Ramsgate, Kent, Phase 1 of The Bread Factory development involved the extensive regeneration and conversion works to the original Grade II listed Mill buildings to provide 19 high quality apartments, 2 cottages and 1 additional new home following the re-building of the former Pump House on the site.

Now complete and fully occupied, this development shows design and construction excellence by providing a mixed residential development in a historically significant industrial site, providing high quality modern apartments whilst retaining the historical character of the Listed buildings.

The winners will be announced in early May (fingers crossed until then).
