WW Martin shortlisted in RICS Awards

We are thrilled to have been shortlisted in two categories in the RICS Awards 2024 for our recently completed expansion of the Emergency Department at QEQM Hospital, Margate:

- Refurbishment / Revitalisation (South East)

- Public Sector (South East)

This complex multi-phase project infilled a former courtyard with a two-storey structure, creating much-needed space providing an array of clinical, staff and patient facilities. These included a brand-new children's emergency department, a rapid assessment and treatment unit, 12 new treatment bays for adults, mental health facilities, new entrance, access and waiting areas, and extensive staff facilities, training and meeting rooms.

Fingers crossed for the regional stages of judging in June!
