Helping Care for Our Local Environment

The WW Martin Volunteer Team was pleased to join Kent County Council, industry colleagues and local community volunteers to support a river clean on the River Stour in Canterbury, organised by the Kentish Stour Countryside Partnership.

Earlier this month, our team took part in both the morning and afternoon sessions, helping to remove litter and keep our local waterways clean while supporting the environment and local wildlife.

It was great to work alongside partners and members of the local community to make a positive contribution to the area. Initiatives like this are a good example of how working collaboratively through the KCC Property Construction Partnership Framework can help deliver meaningful social value and make a difference in the communities where we work as one of their partners.
