WW Martin win 'Construction Project of the Year' 2018 for The Avenue Tennis

Our Avenue Tennis project in Gillingham, Kent has won the accolade of 'Construction Project of the Year' in the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce 2018 Business Awards.

The success of the Avenue Tennis project is testament to the hard work of everyone involved and is a significant achievement for our business given the number of excellent projects delivered in Kent last year. It also follows our success in the same awards last year where our Yarrow Hotel, Broadstairs project won the award in 2017.

The Avenue Tennis Centre is a new state-of-the-art leisure development that has been constructed to the highest of standards.It features an ultra-high-tech modern gym, a luxurious health suite, extensive tennis and badminton courts and a superb restaurant complete with function rooms.

The judges commented:

"the project has transformed a previously failing leisure site, to provide the local community with one of the best community leisure facilities and environments in Kent and the South East, to play, train, relax and socialise".
