WW Martin win 'Construction Project of the Year' at the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2023

We were absolutely delighted to win 'Construction Project of the Year' last night at the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2023, for our 100% affordable housing scheme Poppy Fields at Melbourne Avenue, Ramsgate.

Developed in partnership with Orbit Homes, the scheme delivers 55 new homes, and demonstrates best practice in sustainable design and construction, with carbon emissions reduced both during construction and in the operational lifecycle of the building.

Providing much-needed affordable new homes in Thanet, the project delivers exceptionally high quality standards, providing for the needs of local residents both now and in the future. The project has also successfully championed local employment, training and apprenticeships.
