Description

Following a successful tender process last year, we were successfully appointed to deliver the refurbishment works to Kelston Lodge, Folkestone, now complete and handed over to the client.

After extensive works on site, our team delivered an exceptional development at the property. Situated on the corner of Jointon Road and Earle's Avenue these lovely new homes are within walking distance to the sea.

Previously used as a care home, we undertook significant alterations and remodelling works to the disused and derelict property. The works involved the demolition to a rear and side extension of the former care home, whilst the remaining part of the main house has been redeveloped to form two new high-quality, self-contained four-bedroom dwellings along with associated landscaping.
